These Terms govern your use of Tiffinly - Tiffin Service Gurgaon ("Tiffinly") and our tiffin ordering and subscription service. By placing an order or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
Tiffinly provides fresh, home-cooked vegetarian meals for one-time orders and recurring subscriptions, delivered within our serviceable areas in Gurugram, Haryana.
Orders & Availability
- All orders are subject to kitchen availability and serviceable delivery areas.
- We may pause ordering when the kitchen is closed; this is shown in the app.
- Menu items, prices, and plans may change at any time.
Pricing & Payment
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable charges unless stated otherwise.
- Payment is accepted via Cash, UPI, or card as offered at checkout.
- For subscriptions, the plan amount is payable as described at checkout (e.g. on first delivery).
Subscriptions
- Subscription plans renew per the billing cycle selected.
- You may pause, skip, or change your plan from your account, subject to delivery cut-off times.
- Meal counts and validity are shown in your subscription dashboard.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Order changes or cancellations are possible before the kitchen begins preparation; contact us as early as possible.
- Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period.
- If a delivery is missed on our part, we will reschedule it or credit the meal.
Delivery
We aim to deliver within the stated lunch and dinner windows. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
Food Safety & Allergies
Our meals are prepared in a shared kitchen and may contain or come into contact with common allergens. Please inform us of any allergies; we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including fraudulent orders, abuse of staff, or interfering with the website.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tiffinly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
